To provide only the freshest ingredients to our customers, any cancellations made within 48 hours cannot be refunded. We understand that life can get hectic and unpredictable, so we will do our best to re-schedule the pick up session or delivery time to best suit your busy time table. We order all of our food just prior to your visit, with only enough time for us to prepare and send if off as fresh as it can be. This is the reason for our cancellation policy.
