Fresh Meals and Gifts was brought to life by three young Winnipeg women. Kirstin Giroux, Andrea Mick and Freya Sigfusson. We bring an extensive background of hospitality and retail experience, and have a passion for food, family and healthful living that will be passed on to you.

Our goal is to provide easy, healthy, quality food solutions and beautiful gift ideas to all of you with busy lives. We do not think that ‘quick’ and ‘convenient’ means that you should compromise quality. Whether it is dinner, an appetizer, a baby shower or that special gift you have been searching for, Fresh is here to meet your needs and meet them well.
